Portable loading dock (PLD^TM) is used where there is not dock and have not container lift equipment can put container on the ground for (un)loading. PLD can adjust it's height to same level as floor of container and it's connector adaptor can connect with container together. Putting the MTT and cargo on the PLD  via crane or forklift truck. Then PLD can push or pull out MTT via electric control winch system.
